About the Role
Cheil Australia is looking for an experienced and results-driven CRO Manager to join our Sydney team, supporting our flagship client, plus other clients. This is a critical role within our digital team—focused on maximising performance across digital ecosystem through smart experimentation, user journey improvements, and data-led decision-making.
You'll be responsible for identifying conversion opportunities, designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests, and delivering measurable uplift in performance across e-commerce, campaign landing pages, and broader digital touchpoints.
Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and own the CRO strategy and testing roadmap for Samsung AU's digital platforms.
* Partner with UX, analytics, development, and media teams to optimise digital journeys—from acquisition to conversion.
* Develop hypotheses and prioritise test ideas based on user insights, analytics data, and commercial impact.
* Design, execute and analyse A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalisation campaigns.
* Deliver regular insights and performance reporting to internal and client stakeholders.
* Champion best practices in CRO, user psychology, and experimentation methodologies.
* Continuously improve the speed and scale of our testing programs and results delivery.
* Build and manage day-to-day client partnerships
* Diligently identify client needs and create business development opportunities with existing clients
* Managing client financials relating to all CRO clients and programs, forecasting, estimating, billable financial management
* Share results and report insights to all peer teams and executives
* Working closely with the operations, data, user experience, and website production teams
Desired Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring
Experience & Skills
* 5+ years' experience in a dedicated CRO or digital optimisation role—ideally within an agency or client-side on a complex or high-traffic account.
* Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, etc.).
* Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and other digital analytics tools.
* A solid understanding of UX principles, user behaviour, and funnel optimisation.
* Familiarity with e-commerce and campaign landing page optimisation.
* A data-driven mindset combined with creative thinking and business acumen.
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to present insights and influence senior stakeholders.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and collaborators
