About The Role
An outstanding opportunity has emerged for an engaging, people-focused Store Manager to join Officeworks to work across multiple stores in Melbourne's North and West regions. The successful applicant will bring a proven track record in retail management and demonstrate a collaborative style to foster a fun, positive, and safe store culture.
As a Store Business Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will develop a strong understanding of your team, providing coaching and development opportunities, including safety training and leading workplace health and safety initiatives.
You will ensure effective store operations to deliver outstanding results, maximize sales and profit, and maintain expenses within budget.
About You
Previous experience in a senior retail management role leading a team of 30+ staff
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Flexible availability across our operating hours
Strong understanding of retail operations
Experience working to KPIs and budgets
Effective time management and organizational skills
Proven leadership in people management and safety
