They are recognised for their commitment to providing high-quality care and their ongoing efforts to improve and innovate within their field.Job DescriptionTransition out previous waste suppliers and implement new supplier, locally.Implement procurement category management strategy in FM.Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance.Oversee the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Manage and monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes.Prepare and present reports on procurement and supply chain performance.Stay informed about market trends and shifts affecting the healthcare industry.The Successful ApplicantA successful FM Category Manager should have:Qualifications in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.Experience in a similar role, adept in onboarding new suppliers.Strong knowledge of procurement strategies and supply chain management.Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen.Excellent communication and presentation skills.What's on OfferA salary package inclusive of superannuation.
