As a key member of our healthcare team, we are seeking an experienced Deputy Chief Pharmacist to provide leadership in medicines management within the WA Country Health Service.
About the Role
This is a critical position that involves providing clinical pharmacy practice and medication safety expertise. You will be the primary pharmacy contact for WACHS Pharmacy Services across WACHS, working closely with senior staff to ensure patient-centric services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high level of autonomy and decision-making capacity is also essential for this role.
