Job Overview
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering maintenance services for residential and vacant properties in Kalgoorlie WA.
Key responsibilities include preparing job quotations, managing variations, addressing defects, and overseeing subcontractors to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
* Manage trades to conduct timely, high-quality work;
* Schedule subcontractors/trades to meet deadlines;
* Scope of works;
* Quality inspections;
Additional requirements include being confident and friendly, able to work autonomously, possessing exceptional time management and organisational skills, and having good communication skills (polite, courteous and respectful). A trade or building background is preferred but not essential, as well as previous experience managing and supervising trades. A current Driver's Licence, White Card, and National Police Check are also necessary.
