**Your new role**
The company are seeking a Site Coordinator to join the team. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of site inspections, reports, contract administration, and reading civil drawings.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on findings
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Review and interpret civil drawings and specifications
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Assist in the preparation of contract documents and administer contracts
- Provide technical support to project teams as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in civil infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Experience in contract administration and project management
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
