NDIS Business Development & Intake Coordinator
CCC Support | Central Coast NSW
Part-Time | Hybrid Role | Long Jetty Office + Community Based
CCC Support is a growing Central Coast disability support provider delivering reliable, practical, and relationship-focused support to NDIS participants across the region.
We support primarily self-managed and plan-managed adult participants with:
* in-home support
* community access
* household tasks
* transport assistance
* low-intensity support services
Our focus is simple:
good people, strong communication, reliable service delivery, and genuine local relationships.
We’re building a modern, operationally strong provider designed for sustainable long-term growth — not a large corporate organisation buried in layers of bureaucracy.
As we continue to grow across the Central Coast, we’re looking for someone who can help build referral relationships, manage participant intake, and support the ongoing growth of the business.
This is an opportunity to play a genuine role in shaping a growing local provider while working closely with leadership in a flexible, community-focused environment.
About the Role
This hybrid role combines:
* business development
* participant intake
* referral relationship management
* community engagement
* CRM and pipeline coordination
You’ll work closely with the director to help grow CCC Support through strong relationship management, consistent follow-through, and high-quality participant onboarding.
The role includes:
* building relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, allied health providers, hospitals, and community organisations
* responding to participant enquiries and referrals
* conducting intake conversations and participant meet & greets
* coordinating onboarding and service commencement processes
* maintaining CRM activity, follow-ups, and pipeline management
* helping convert enquiries into recurring support services
* attending networking events and community meetings across the Central Coast
* supporting participant and support worker matching processes
This is not a high-pressure corporate sales role.
We’re looking for someone who can build trust, communicate well, stay organised, and consistently follow through on opportunities and relationships.
About You
You may come from:
* disability services
* healthcare
* community services
* intake coordination
* recruitment
* client services
* account management
* business development
Most importantly, you are:
* personable and professional
* organised and proactive
* confident communicating with a wide range of people
* comfortable working independently
* strong at relationship-building and follow-up
* practical, adaptable, and community-minded
You understand the importance of reliability, communication, and maintaining professional relationships within the NDIS sector.
Experience within disability or community services is highly regarded, but we are open to applicants from aligned industries with strong transferable skills.
Requirements
* Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently
* Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms
* Right to work in Australia
Highly regarded:
* Existing Central Coast industry relationships
* Experience within the NDIS sector
* Understanding of participant intake and onboarding processes
* Experience working with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, or allied health providers
What We Offer
* Flexible part-time role
* Hybrid working arrangement
* Long Jetty office access
* Supportive and modern work environment
* Genuine autonomy and flexibility
* Direct involvement in shaping a growing business
