What you will do:

As a NetSuite Solutions Architect with Bryant Park Consulting, you will work directly with our firm’s senior leadership and the Oracle NetSuite Sales Organization to close business and establish lasting partnerships with prospective clients. You will be a key representative of our firm, engaging with partners and prospects by leading detailed pre-sales requirements analysis, implementation approach planning, risk analysis, and co-selling NetSuite and related solutions, including configuration and demonstration tailored to client scenarios.

The ideal candidate has extensive NetSuite functional consulting experience (techno-functional preferred) and is eager to leverage this in pre-sales activities to help our firm close new business, expand existing client relationships, and secure new service contracts. A Solutions Architect should quickly grasp new business models, software requirements, systems, and team dynamics to design and propose effective solutions and strategies that align with organizational goals. This role reports directly to our Director of Sales & Solution Architecture and plays a pivotal role in practice growth through driving new revenue, with specific sales and booking targets and incentives.

The key responsibilities and daily activities include:

* Building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with centers of influence and referral partners
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with NetSuite Sales Representatives for referral opportunities
* Reviewing business requirements and RFP documents, developing responses and bids for implementation, integration, and related services
* Conducting detailed scoping and requirements gathering to develop comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, processes, technical needs, integrations, analytics, and data migration
* Drafting detailed proposals, statements of work, and effort estimates for presentation to clients and partners
* Creating project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocations
* Presenting solutions, proposals, and methodologies to prospective stakeholders
* Negotiating scope, pricing, timelines, and resources with clients
* Articulating the advantages of working with our firm and coordinating introductions to our professional services team
* Mobilizing project teams post-sale to ensure delivery aligns with commitments, serving as a project sponsor
* Fostering long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor and identifying additional service opportunities
* Supporting go-to-market activities, including content development, marketing events, webinars, and conference participation
* Contributing to internal development, enablement, and thought leadership initiatives

Salary Range: AUD 180,000 to 235,000
