Overview
What is required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a craft and artisanal baking environment
- Strong knowledge in sourdough
- Organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and growing business
- Ability to adapt to flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
Your responsibilities
- Working with our growing team producing sourdough bread. This includes core baking skills of mixing, kneading, shaping, scoring, and baking
- Ensuring the best quality by following our processes and assessing final products
- Working independently to operate the baking equipment such as oven-loader and setter, ovens, mixers, dough divider, dough breaker and provers
- Ensuring the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations

- Roster may rotate between our two production sites: Inglewood and South Fremantle.
