About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Coordinator located in Salisbury, the Greater Brisbane Area.
* Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics and resources planning.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding training needs and inquiries.
* Develop and manage training calendars and schedules.
* Ensure all training and emergency planning activities are executed efficiently
* Collaborate with trainers and external vendors to deliver high-quality training services.
About You
* Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
* Self-Motivated
* Demonstrated experience dealing with clients in a corporate environment.
* Knowledge of fire-safety solutions would be an advantage.
* RTO Experience preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Great time management skills
* Strategic thinker
* Ability to understand and analyse customer needs
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Scheduling or coordination experience required
