Restaurant Service Supervisor
Location: Mornington Peninsula
Join a busy and modern restaurant located within a larger wellness centre in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. We are seeking a energetic and experienced Restaurant Service Supervisor to lead a comprehensive team and ensure exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations during busy lunch or dinner shifts.
* Manage and motivate a team of up to 12 staff per shift.
* Ensure exceptional customer service, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
* Lead by example, guiding the team through high-volume service periods with robust leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.
* Proven ability to lead and manage a team during peak service times.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
* Strong leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and motivate staff.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
