**The Opportunity**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the effective functioning and smooth operation of technology systems that support Berry Street staff across Victoria.
- Play a key role in maintaining security operations by ensuring compliance with Berry Street's defined policies and controls.
- Perform ongoing security monitoring, identify and address vulnerabilities, and contribute to the delivery and implementation of the Cyber Security program.
- Work closely with the IT team, external vendors, and IT-managed service providers to continuously improve business and technical processes.
**You will have**:
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands in a high paced environment.
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in handling highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Be willing to travel to all regional Berry Street sites as required.
