Home Care Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Home Care Coordinator to join our team in Shailer Park.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, managing and administering the delivery of care services to our clients. This includes managing a client load of 30-40 clients, being the main point of contact for our clients and care staff, providing nursing support to our clients and advocating for their needs.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III or IV in Aged/Disability Care, or a Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
* Experience working in the aged care/disability sector
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of computer literacy
