In the role of Premier Specialist, you will join the Premier Direct team that's doubling down on customer obsession and owning it.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

* Respond to high volumes of inbound calls and chats from Premier customers, delivering personalised advice and solutions.
* Identify customer goals and needs through quality conversations, using NAB's Customer Conversations framework.
* Provide end to end support across everyday banking, deposits, wealth, home lending and related products.
* Manage risk, compliance, and operational requirements with strong attention to detail.
* Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and customer outcomes.

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

* Experience in customer service or relationship management, ideally within banking or financial services.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and work at pace.
* Sound judgement with a strong focus on risk, compliance and doing the right thing.
* Alignment with NAB's Who We Are behaviours and a customer obsessed mindset.
