About the role:
Star Phones, a national mobile accessories and repair brand with 55+ stores across Australia, is hiring Mobile Phone Technicians for our Wollongong and Shellharbour locations. This is a hands-on technician role (non-senior) in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key duties:
* Screen, battery, charging port, camera & speaker repairs
* Back glass repairs (non-laser method required)
* Quick and accurate fault diagnosis
* Fast turnaround repairs
* Customer service at the counter
* Upselling accessories when repairs are quiet
What we're looking for:
* Experience as a mobile phone technician
* Back glass repair experience (mandatory)
* Motherboard repair experience not required
* Ability to work fast and accurately
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable in a busy retail environment
