**OBJECTIVE**
Performing installation, maintenance, and monitoring activities for Redflex's Intelligent Traffic Systems in the field. The role comprises a mix of scheduled and reactive repair work including problem solving and process improvement to ensure the team can grow in efficiency.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES** 
- Understand and adhere to all Redflex policies, standards, processes, procedures and guidelines. Refer to Quality and OHS Manuals and Redflex's Guiding Principles. 
- Installation and commissioning of bespoke Redflex's systems. 
- Preventative and remedial maintenance of Redflex's systems requiring rostered On-Call (remote only) and Out of Hours work, including weekends and public holidays. 
- Diagnosis and Root cause analysis and rectification of system faults. 
- Certification of speed measuring devices both Fixed and Mobile Speed Camera Systems. 
- Completion of reports and documentation in compliance with stakeholder SLA's. 
- Completion and submission in a timely manner of timesheet and expenses reports 
- Attendance and participation in team meetings and training sessions. 
- Work collaboratively with the larger team and independently manage and own, your prescribed work responsibilities. 
- Ensure interpersonal communications are clear and concise. 
- Embrace change and be flexible in accepting reactive and scheduled work assignments. 
- When appropriate offer process improvement ideas and document changes. 
- Ensure all company property, including tools and vehicles are, handled with respect and maintained appropriately. 
- Maintain a clean driving record and Australian Criminal History Check.
**TRAVEL** 
- Travel throughout NSW is a requirement of all Field Services Technicians. 
- Reactive Maintenance and certification activities are required to be carried out throughout NSW and may require immediate travel to regional locations. 
- Travel can be either by vehicle or plane and overnight stays will be required. 
- Trips away can be over a single night or multiple nights or day trip. 
- Interstate or international travel may be required.
**On occasion technicians may need to assist with other projects outside the NSW Maintenance Program**
