Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to oversee our sales strategies and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving business growth, establishing sales objectives, and evaluating the effectiveness of current sales programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projected sales volume and profit.
* Develop and drive business growth by pro-actively sourcing and actioning sales leads.
* Identify, build and develop new client businesses within target markets.
* Track sales goals and report results to management.
* Build commercial and professional networks to support strategic growth opportunities.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored solution efforts that address customer requirements.
* Meet and exceed predetermined KPIs and sales targets.
* Ability to identify and harness new business ideas and opportunities and turn them into sales.
* Provide accurate and timely forecasts of future market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years previous experience in a similar role, preferably with sales management.
* Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
* Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and KPI's.
* Experience in customer relationship management.
* Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* High-level proficiency with MS Office programs.
* Ability to work autonomously.
