Job Title: Transformation Lead
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to oversee the planning and execution of a multi-year SAP transformation program.
* Manage the overall lifecycle of the SAP transformation program, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
* Coordinate delivery across multiple SAP workstreams, ensuring alignment between business, IT, and implementation partners.
* Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and risk registers.
