Lead Clinical Service Delivery
The role of a Lead Clinical Manager is pivotal in the provision of clinical leadership and management to site-based team members. The focus lies in delivering excellence in quality care, ensuring all clinical governance targets are implemented and met.
Collaborating with the Clinical Services Manager and Operations Manager for Tasmania, the successful candidate will support innovation and quality improvement for the region. This entails working towards evidence-based outcomes for individuals accessing the service.
* A mental health-related degree as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, OR a Mental Health Social Worker, with eligibility for related registration is required.
* Experience leading a multidisciplinary team or extensive experience as a Senior Clinician providing clinical support is necessary. This includes the ability to lead the coordination of care for individuals with complex needs, including consultation and engagement with various professionals.
* Knowledge and understanding of theory underpinning evidence-based interventions and clinical practice is essential, along with demonstrated excellence in practical application in mental health and alcohol and drug use.
