Responsibilities
Meet and greet patients and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
Direct or escort patients and visitors to areas within the Warwick Hospital area
Assist patients and visitors with enquiries and support where possible
Interact with patients and visitors in a professional and empathetic manner
Must be a good communicator with sound reading and writing skills
Must have wonderful people skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Ability to walk distances if needed

Time Required
We are looking for Volunteers who can commit to 4-hour shifts from 8:30am to 12:30pm and/or 12:30pm to 4:30pm from Monday to Friday.
You are not expected to do more than 1-2 shifts per week.
No weekends or public holidays and there is a 2-week shutdown over the Christmas and New Year period.
