Customer Service Assistant
We have an upcoming event in Brisbane and are looking for a reliable customer service assistant to help with the day-to-day operations.
The event will be taking place at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, Merivale St & Glenelg Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101. The dates of the event are Friday 25 October, Saturday 26 October, and Sunday 27 October.
As a customer service assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with entrance scanning, queue management, tickets, and merchandise sales. You will also need to provide excellent customer service to our attendees.
Pay will be $30.13 per hour on Monday to Saturday and $42.18 per hour on Sunday. Pay is paid through your Tax File Number.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, takes initiative, is well-presented, and is reliable. You will need to be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
The working schedule will include afternoon shifts, morning shifts, shift work, and weekend availability. Work will be done in person at the event location.
