Elevate Property Styling is seeking a reliable, detail-driven Lead Logistics Coordinator to oversee staging and de-staging operations across residential properties in Brisbane.
This is not a basic removalist role.
This is a leadership position within a growing, systems-driven property styling business.
You will lead a two-person logistics team and take ownership of stock protection, warehouse organisation, and on-site execution standards.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
* Leading staging and de-staging logistics on site
* Protecting and handling furniture to strict standards
* Ensuring all stock is wrapped, protected, and fitted with floor protection prior to entry
* Supervising load order and safe movement of items
* Executing layout adjustments as directed by the Lead Stylist
* Maintaining warehouse organisation and pallet racking discipline
* Furniture assembly and minor repairs
* Enforcing all company SOPs and safety procedures
* Conducting procurement runs and general operational tasks
You will be the on-site logistics decision-maker and will set the standard for execution quality.
