A Japanese restaurant in Port Macquarie, looking for an experienced chef.
we open Monday dinner/ Tue-Sat Lunch and Dinner
you will be working 5.5 days per week, we also provide breaks between lunch and dinner services.
you will be responsible for:
-hot section but also cold section when needed (training provided)
-opening and closing store (prepping, cleaning and tide up)
-washing dishes
-keeping work area clean and tidy
-managing and ordering stocks
-managing front of house staffs and junior staffs when manager is not around
right candidate will be:
-quick and detailed
-clean and tidy
-able to work under pressure
-willing to learn and improve
-willing to take feedbacks
-self-motivated
