About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional New Homes Sales Consultant to join our client\'s team!
Specialising in custom builds, our client prides themselves on delivering a personalised service, from start to finish.
This isn’t just a sales role – it’s your chance to be the trusted guide for families and individuals as they take the biggest step of their lives, building their dream home.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to new client enquiries promptly and professionally.
Conduct client consultations to understand needs, budgets, and preferences.
Present home designs, pricing, and tailored proposals to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and client communication.
Liaise with internal teams (design, estimating, construction) to ensure accuracy of proposals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide a high level of customer service throughout the pre-contract journey.
Represent our client at display homes, promotional events, and client meetings.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous sales experience in the building, construction, or property industry preferred.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
High level of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Previous experience in colour consulting - desirable but not essential
Current driver\'s licence required.
