Air Liquide Australia – Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls related to product inquiries, status of orders and returns, and quotes.
* Conduct outbound calls to inform customers of the status of their orders or follow‐up actions.
* Deal with inbound correspondence.
* Liaise with Air Liquide's state staff to resolve customer enquiries.
* Process and follow up on requests via email, telephone, and direct contact in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
* Conduct all activities in accordance with the requirements of ALH's Quality Management System.
Qualifications
* Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building relationships over the phone.
* Excellent phone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Computer literate with the entire Google Suite.
* Experience in a contact centre desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
* Previous administrative and sales experience desirable.
* Can‐do attitude aligned with continuous improvement of customer experience strategy.
* Must have valid permanent AU working rights.
