Position Details
Days: Thursdays and Fridays
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm
Location: Aquamoves, Shepparton VIC
As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will:
- Lead and support the Customer Service Front Desk team and one Work Group Officer
- Collaborate across departments including:
- Health and Wellbeing
- Aquatics (Program and Education)
- Revenue and Engagement
- Ensure our guests receive personalised, supportive service that exceeds expectations
- Contribute to our mission of improving the health of the Shepparton community, one individual at a time
