Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our purpose-built 92 place service with wonderful families, children, and educators.

You will be supported by a full time Curriculum Leader (Educational Leader), full time Service Administrator, weekly guidance from an Area Manager, continuous leadership and professional development opportunities, and participation in the 12 month Executive Service Manager leadership programme – "Rise Up".

* Cater for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 6 rooms and beautiful outdoor play areas
* Incredible in-service support from a full time Service Administrator and full time Curriculum Leader
* Outstanding long standing Area Manager to guide you through your career
* Utilise the Story Park platform, enhancing communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation
* Operate Monday-Friday, with opening hours of 6:30am-6:30pm

About You:

* Hold a Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar leadership position
* Available to work 5 days a week
* A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
* Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
* In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children
* Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students
* Vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
