The role
An exciting opportunity is currently available for a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.
You will be supported in your role by a team of qualified permanent educators, who also have a wealth of knowledge and experience.
You will create an inspiring indoor and outdoor learning environment, and you will have autonomy over your room budget, as you provide open-ended experiences in line with a relaxed play-based program.
Our operating hours are 6:30 am–6:30 pm; you will have shift flexibility between these times.

Duties and responsibilities
Develop and implement high-quality educational programs and achieve quality learning outcomes
Utilise your proven history of ensuring quality and compliance is always of the highest standard
Create and maintain an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
Create and maintain excellent relationships with children, families, and other team members
Keep records of children's progress, routines and interests
Ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes and practices
