Full-timeJob Description This is a 12 month fixed-term contractAn exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and driven individual to join our People & Culture Team in Victoria, based in Richmond. You will report into the People & Culture Manager, with your role being the Talent Acquisition Partner. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for working with the team to develop and embed a talent acquisition framework that supports end-to-end recruitment solutions that attract, assess, and secure high-quality talent. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, this role partners closely with the business to align recruitment strategies with workforce and organisational objectives.This role will see you:Work with the team to develop a talent acquisition strategy and framework that incorporates best fit/practice principles, and embed this across the businessPartner with leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce plansPartner with hiring managers to lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboardingDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including direct and pro-active sourcing and talent poolingProvide market insights and advice on talent availability, remuneration, and hiring trendsDeliver a high-quality candidate experience that reflects and enhances the organisation's values and brandConduct screening, shortlisting, interviews and coordinate selection and assessment processesManage recruitment activity through the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and reportingEnsure recruitment practices comply with employment legislation, policy, and diversity principlesContribute to employer branding, recruitment projects, and continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsTertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related disciplineCPHR certification is preferredProven experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role (in-house and/or agency)Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantageSound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and recruitment best practiceExperience developing and embedding talent acquisition frameworks and processesStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilityAbility to manage multiple roles and competing priorities effectivelyCommercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solvingExcellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skillsHigh attention to detail and professional judgementAdditional InformationSalary package in line with experienceA 'paid day of leave' to celebrate your BirthdayAccess to our Employee Novated Lease ProgramAccess to a fully funded EAP Program to support you and your familyExclusive access to PitStop offering direct access to shopping discount codes and discounted gift cards, helping you save while you shop!#J-18808-Ljbffr
