About us

"We contribute positively to the lives of people who need support to live a life they find meaningful."

Luminary Community Services (LCS) was created in response to too many individuals who require support being unable to access the right services at the right time. We are committed to supporting people who are falling through the gaps, particularly those whose needs don't fit neatly into existing categories or who require more specialised, personalised assistance.

Through participant-centred support, advocacy, and innovative, practical solutions, we empower people to access the supports they deserve, enhancing quality of life and promoting inclusion within the NDIS community.

You'll be joining a close-knit, values-driven team dedicated to achieving exceptional outcomes. At LCS, we prioritise quality over quantity, meaning you'll be supported, listened to, and encouraged to contribute ideas on how services are delivered, the resources we use, and how we collaborate as a team.

As an Allied Health Assistant, you'll work closely with our Occupational Therapy team, who will provide day-to-day guidance, structured supervision, and opportunities to build your skills in a supportive clinical environment.

Benefits
