We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to oversee and manage contractual obligations throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
The successful candidate will provide critical support to Project Managers, ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements, while coordinating the issuance, monitoring and tracking of documentation.

BE part of the change
* Work with the project delivery team to oversee contract correspondence, variations, claims, and progress payments across the company's construction projects, including Build-Own-Operate and D&I/EPC delivery models and assist in negotiation and resolution of claims
* Support project teams in managing commercial risks and preparing accurate reporting.
* Administer payment claims and contractor entitlements in compliance with Security of Payment legislation.
* Provide informed feedback to the Legal & Commercial teams regarding contract compliance and risk management issues and support the preparation of subcontractor packages as required.
* Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on contractual and commercial matters.
BE part of the solution
* Tertiary qualification in law or engineering or construction management highly regarded
* Extensive background in contract administration and commercial management across construction and energy projects
* Demonstrated strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive value and manage risk
* In-depth knowledge of contractual frameworks and compliance requirements within the Australian market
* Confident and effective communicator, skilled in stakeholder engagement and negotiation
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong working knowledge of Aconex and similar project management platforms highly regarded
