About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Physiotherapist to join a growing multidisciplinary team servicing clients across Joondalup and Ellenbrook. This position offers a combination of clinic-based and community-based work, supporting paediatric and adult clients with a broad range of disabilities and developmental needs.
Working closely with other Allied Health professionals, you will provide high-quality assessments, interventions, and ongoing support tailored to each client's individual goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
* Develop, implement, and review individualised treatment plans
* Monitor client progress and modify intervention strategies as required
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
* Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary meetings
* Contribute to assessment, treatment, and discharge planning
* Liaise effectively with clients, families, carers, support coordinators, and other stakeholders
* Deliver services in an ethical, professional, and accountable manner
About You
* A Degree in Physiotherapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* Previous experience working in a similar role
* Experience working with paediatric clients and/or individuals living with disabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Current National Police Clearance
* Current Working with Children Check
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
