We are seeking a skilled Education Strategist to design and implement effective education programs that promote inclusive workplaces. Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop comprehensive education programs aligned with industry best practices
* Translate research outcomes into practical learning products and resources that support inclusive workplace culture
* Manage and expand e-Learning offerings to enhance accessibility and engagement
* Review and update education materials in response to emerging trends, legislation, and stakeholder feedback
* Develop user-friendly diversity and inclusion resources, such as toolkits, guidelines, checklists, templates, and case studies
* Deliver education programs to diverse audiences both virtually and in person
