A Man & His Cave is on the hunt for a full-time Marketing & Performance Lead to join our crew in-house and take ownership of performance marketing, campaign execution, creative production, SEO, CRO, and brand partnerships.
This isn't just a "manage the agency" role — you'll be hands-on with the levers that drive growth. If you live and breathe creative strategy, Shopify optimisation, and paid performance — and can cut a high-converting ad in CapCut just as well as you can map a go-to-market calendar — we want you on board.
You'll be working daily with our Creative Strategist and media buyers to build campaigns that don't just look good, they sell.
We're a fast-growing, founder-led team based in our St Peters HQ — high-energy sales floor, startup hustle, and a bunch of blokes who love what they do.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the glue across our paid, owned, and earned channels — leading campaign execution and performance outcomes.
Expect to:
* Own campaign calendars and go-to-market execution across Meta, Google, Klaviyo, and organic channels
* Collaborate with our Meta Media Buyer and Google Ads agency to scale high-ROAS campaigns
* Script, edit, and optimise direct response video ads using Final Cut, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
* Lead UGC acquisition via our Skool community, turning raw content into high-performing ads
* Manage influencer and athlete partnerships from pitch to post-production
* Own CRO initiatives — briefing devs, updating landing pages, and rolling out A/B tests
* Oversee site merchandising, upsells, reviews, and search tools on Shopify
* Run SEO campaigns using Search Atlas and other tools to increase organic traffic
* Track campaign performance and allocate budgets to what's working
* Be deeply plugged into the pulse of man cave culture — from content to product
What You Bring
You're a creative problem-solver with an operator's mindset. You've likely done a bit of everything — and know how to move fast, iterate, and scale what works.
You're highly experienced with:
* Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads: You know how to audit campaigns, write briefs, segment audiences, and understand performance metrics
* Video Editing: You can cut a scroll-stopper in CapCut, Final Cut, or Premiere
* Shopify: Deep familiarity with apps, analytics, product merchandising, and conversion levers
* Klaviyo: You understand flow logic, segmentation, and campaign strategy
* Copywriting & Creative Briefing: You can write ad scripts, sales hooks, and guide UGC
* CRO & UX: You've run tests, worked with devs, and improved sitewide CVR
* SEO: You know your way around basic on-page SEO, blog planning, and reporting
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, GA4, or VWO
* Familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g. Upfluence, Collabstr)
You'll report to the Managing Director and lead our internal marketing pod:
* Meta Media Buyer (contract)
* Google Ads Agency (external)
* Organic Social Media Manager
* Web Developers (freelance)
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Creative Strategist, Operations Manager, and Sales Manager to execute launches, roll out new products, and align our brand and funnel.
