We are opening a new venue in Fremantle's Fishing Boat Harbour and are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will oversee the development of menus for two distinct dining areas, ensuring each reflects its unique concept and audience.

Your Role:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading and mentoring two kitchen teams, driving innovation and consistency, and collaborating with venue leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences across both levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and oversee menus for Cherub Hall and The Loft
* Lead, inspire, and manage two high-performing kitchen teams
* Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across both venues
* Manage kitchen operations, budgets, and supplier relationships
* Champion food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
* Collaborate with front-of-house and operations teams to ensure seamless service
What You Bring:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in multi-outlet or concept-driven venues, with strong leadership and team development skills. They will also have a deep understanding of modern Australian and Asian cuisine, with a flair for wood-fired cooking, and a passion for local ingredients, sustainability, and innovation.
