Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage warranty claims to optimize recovery from Liebherr Factories
- Prepare regular reports analyzing warranty expenses and provision
- Collaborate with departments on pending and rejected claims
- Coordinate the return of parts from site and repairers
- Maintain warranty claims within allocated KPI's
About You:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Strong MS Office computer skills, particularly Excel
- Understanding of work in progress and warranty claims processes
- Excellent communication skills, exceptional liaison, and customer service attributes
- Reporting skills with accurate and timely information
- Knowledge of heavy machinery and components
