About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to build and grow a successful recruitment portfolio across one or more desks, including Domestic Violence, Housing and Homelessness, Children and Families, Disability Services, Aged Care or Corporate Services. You'll work closely with organisations, drive portfolio growth and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes across social impact sectors.
As part of a supportive, collaborative team, you'll balance business development, candidate management, and ethical recruitment practices that set abrs apart.
What You'll Do
* Build and maintain strong client relationships across corporate or social care organisations
* Research and map the market to generate and qualify leads
* Develop innovative sourcing strategies across Seek, LinkedIn, and our internal database
* Create compelling job ads and marketing campaigns to attract top talent
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skill, culture, and alignment
* Manage your portfolio end-to-end (360 desk management)
* Contribute to team activities and represent abrs with professionalism and purpose
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 4 years' recruitment experience in agency recruitment
* Strong track record in consultative selling and building long-term client partnerships
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills
* Strong time management and ability to prioritise competing demands
* High attention to detail and passion for quality outcomes
* Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable
* Willingness to complete probity checks, including a Working With Childrens Check and National Police Check
