They help insurance, residential and commercial builders move from spreadsheets and chaos to a single platform that covers quoting, job management, compliance, scheduling and analytics.
You'll be part of their first dedicated SDR pod. Not an afterthought or a "junior support" function, but the front line of growth.
You'll be the one picking up the phone, cutting through the noise and booking meetings that turn into real revenue.
It's simple, but it's not easy: you'll be learning from people who actually sell every day, getting real‑time feedback and a steep learning curve.
Base pay range
A$70,000.00 / yr – A$80,000.00 / yr
* $70K–$80K base + around $30K in bonus when you're on your game
* Hybrid in Melbourne – office energy plus time at home to reset
* Direct line of sight to the Senior AE and COO
* A genuine pathway to AE in as little as 6–12 months if you perform
