We're looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
This is a hands‐on role where you'll manage clients, candidates and end‐to‐end recruitment from day one. You'll step into an active desk with existing demand, while also being expected to build new business opportunities and grow your portfolio.
This role suits someone who enjoys a fast‐paced environment, can think on their feet and is confident building strong client relationships both over the phone and face‐to‐face.
What you'll do
* Manage and grow existing client accounts
* Generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships
* End‐to‐end recruitment including advertising, screening, interviewing and placements
* Coordinate onboarding, inductions and rostering for temporary workforce
* Maintain regular communication with clients, candidates and site teams
* Conduct site visits, safety checks and candidate starts
* Fill urgent daily and weekly labour requirements across blue collar sectors
* Ensure a high level of customer service and candidate care at all times
About you
* Previous 360 / end‐to‐end agency recruitment experience preferred
* Strong sales and business development mindset
* Confident working in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
* Excellent communication skills with strong spoken and written English
* Ability to build long‐term relationships with clients and candidates
* Highly organised, adaptable and commercially aware
* Driver's licence and reliable transport essential
* Able to work flexible hours when required to support operational needs
Hours
This is an onsite Monday to Friday role. Flexibility is required, with hours potentially ranging between 6:30am and 7:00pm during peak periods, along with occasional weekend support as required.
