Clinical Practitioner, Social Work To
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Practitioner to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and delivering social work programs, including direct teaching, curriculum design, and use of innovative technologies to enhance the student experience.
The successful candidate will have a Masters or equivalent accreditation and standing recognised by the University/profession as appropriate for the Social Work discipline. They will also be eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Key responsibilities include coordinating and teaching subjects, primarily at the undergraduate level, providing a high-quality learning experience and using a range of engaging teaching methods. The role also involves overseeing subject learning management platforms, handling administrative tasks related to subject management and teaching team coordination, and initiating, designing and participating in evidence-based, innovative subject and course-level curriculum design.
Some of the key skills and qualifications required for this role include effectiveness in teaching, curriculum development and subject coordination in face-to-face, blended and/or online modes. The successful candidate should have consolidated skills in the use of evidence-based practice in social work and human services and teaching and learning.
