Ozcare is guided by its mission of providing high-quality community and health services.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapist located in Hervey Bay, QLD. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing clients' physical conditions, creating tailored treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and quality of life. The role also involves monitoring progress, educating clients and families about proper techniques and exercises, and actively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment programs.Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, rehabilitation exercises, and patient education working within multidisciplinary teams and excellent communication and collaboration skills.Empathy, professionalism, and a client-focused approach to delivering care.Strong organizational and time-management abilities to support multiple clients effectively.Ability to work in an on-site setting in Hervey Bay, QLD, and flexibility to adapt to clients' needs.Experience working with aged care or disability services is highly desirable.
