Contract Negotiator Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and evaluate tender documents, including awards and subcontractor packages.
* Collaborate with project managers to develop procurement schedules and negotiate subcontracts.
* Manage project expenditure, including tracking and reviewing subcontractor claims.
* Administer RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.
* Oversee the project HSE system and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in Australia.
* Prior experience in fit-out and refurbishment is highly desirable.
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management are preferred.
* Proficiency in Procore is a significant advantage.
* Demonstrated experience in managing commercial projects across NSW.
* Familiarity with the NSW construction market and its key players.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
