Salary: Up to $120K + Super
We are currently partnering with two well‑established, multidisciplinary consultancies in Melbourne that are continuing to grow their civil teams. As a result, we are looking to connect with experienced Senior Civil Design Engineers who are confident working autonomously and enjoy taking ownership of project delivery.
These roles offer the opportunity to join collaborative, high‑performing environments with strong pipelines of diverse work across Melbourne.
The Role You will play a key role in the design and delivery of a broad range of civil projects, working closely with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys both technical delivery and mentoring junior engineers.

About You
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
Chartered or actively working towards Chartership
Proven experience within a consultancy environment
Strong technical capability in civil design
Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D (essential)
Ability to manage projects independently
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
