Key Responsibilities
Lead field marketing strategy and execution for ASEAN and ANZ regions in close alignment with regional sales leadership.
Act as the primary bridge between APJ field marketing and global marketing functions, including campaigns, product marketing, digital, operations, and channel.
Drive program excellence and consistency across all APJ sub-regions, aligning global campaigns with regional go-to-market needs and sales objectives.
Collaborate with channel marketing leads and partner teams to develop and execute joint partner programs that drive channel-sourced pipeline.
Operate as a senior strategic advisor to field teams on campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
Owning the development, localization, and rollout of integrated demand generation campaigns, including net new logo acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, and partner-led programs.
Oversee channel program development and partner marketing plans, ensuring alignment with APJ partner priorities and routes to market.
Build and maintain a data-driven view of target accounts and buyer personas, aligning campaign execution to sales territories and pipeline priorities.

As a central orchestrator, you will align cross-functional priorities while empowering the field to activate programs locally.
