ABOUT US
Mind Mode Psychology & Wellbeing is a values-driven private practice offering clinicians flexibility, strong organisational support, and the freedom to practise ethically within neuro-affirming, gender-affirming and trauma-informed frameworks.
We work with a broad and diverse client base across the lifespan and welcome clinicians with interests in any population group. Our psychologists are supported by strong referral pathways and a full-time administrative team who manage intake, bookings, billing and referrals—allowing clinicians to focus on high-quality clinical work.
Mind Mode operates across two established sites in Wollongong and Campbelltown, and we are currently recruiting for both locations.
We actively support clinicians at all career stages, including registrars and early-career psychologists, as well as experienced practitioners seeking autonomy within a collaborative, reflective and ethical practice environment.
