What we’re looking for:
* Junior brokers, parabrokers or credit analysts wanting to learn and grow quickly in a high-quality environment
* Experienced brokers/analysts ready to expand into more complex lending and increase deal flow
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking
* Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new lending areas and structures

What you’ll be doing:
* Assessing and structuring loan scenarios across residential, commercial and development deals
* Interpreting lender policies, serviceability and credit requirements
* Preparing quality submissions and managing compliance requirements (NCCP, APRA, ASIC)
* Liaising with clients and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth, well-managed process
* Working closely with our support team to drive applications through to settlement efficiently
The role in a nutshell:
You’ll be supported by a well-established admin and processing team, allowing you to focus on building your technical skills and delivering great client outcomes.
Business development is not required (unless you want it to be).
