About the Role
As a Procurement Officer, you'll lead sourcing activities across multiple categories, managing the full end-to-end procurement process — from stakeholder engagement and supplier evaluation to contract execution. You'll ensure all activities align with our clients procurement frameworks, policies, and Category Management Plans, while supporting the company's commitment to transparency, sustainability, and ethical supply practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sourcing activities across a range of categories.
Manage the full sourcing process — from engagement through to contract execution.
Ensure compliance with procurement frameworks, policies, and governance requirements.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business and category plans.
Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to optimise value and manage risk.
Promote sustainable and socially responsible procurement practices.
About You
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (advantageous).
Proven experience managing end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Sound understanding of Victorian Government Procurement frameworks.
Experience with Excel, MRP systems, SAP, and manufacturing supply chains.
