The Grovedale Hotel is seeking an experienced culinary professional to perform general or specialized cooking duties, supervise and train kitchen staff, and uphold high standards of culinary excellence.
* Produce daily kitchen production to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve financial objectives.
* Assist with menu planning, food and labour cost estimation, and ordering supplies.
* Supervise and train junior chefs and cooks, creating a wide variety of dishes that showcase culinary skills and creativity.
Maintain accurate records of food safety protocols and ensure timely presentation of dishes to customers.
