Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander AOD Case Manager
We are seeking an experienced Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander person to join our team as a Caseworker in the field of Alcohol and Other Drugs.
This role requires building trust with clients, creating safe spaces and helping participants find their own pathways forward while respecting their culture and connection to Country.
The key responsibilities include facilitating individual and group sessions, providing referrals, supporting participants with appointments and treatment planning, and contributing to cultural safety.
Key requirements for this role include qualifications in community services or a related field, demonstrated previous experience in a similar position, and in-depth knowledge of local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and culture.
