As a Retail Team Member you will have the opportunity to create support and contribute to a high performance culture ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store including:
* Helping across a number of areas within out stores from customer facing to our back of house
* Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre during post the sale
* Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor
* Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store following store receiving processes
Qualifications :
* You have a passion for home entertainment music movies technology appliances and/or games
* Enthusiastic passionate and highly motivated
* Customer focus and result driven
* You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
